I found out a few months after the surgery that silicone was used, and donated costal cartilage and septal cartilage were used in the columella. They said septal cartilage was used, and septal cartilage was also used in the nasal tip. Sigh, anyway, they made my nose look like Pinocchio’s, I can’t breathe, and my mucous membrane and inferior turbinate are also adhered. I’m currently visiting clinics mainly for total removal. So far, I’ve been to Chamin, Prima, Apgujeong IVY, and Dr. Jin. Is there anyone who can share information with me? I want to return to my natural nose as much as possible.
