I’m not sure how to start. I also got a lot of help from everyone here, so I’m posting this to give back. First of all, I had a total of 4 nose surgeries. During my first surgery in 2015, I had L-shaped silicone and ear cartilage. During my second surgery, I found out that L-shaped silicone had been inserted. About 7 years after my second surgery, I had a complete removal at Suwon Bombit and had autologous dermis inserted. For my third surgery, this February, I suddenly acted impulsively. My self-esteem had been really low for a while, and suddenly all I could see was my nose. I should have looked into it more, gone to more consultations, and then had the plastic surgery, but if I looked into it more, I thought I’d get scared and not do it…
