Just like the title says. Everyone must have made a difficult decision while suffering and gone through removal surgery; some people here probably had good results, and some are probably dissatisfied. But after reading a lot and studying it, I feel like if my original nose looked okay even before surgery, removal would be okay too. But if the original nose is very wide and low like mine, I think the surgical outcome may be worse. If there is anyone who had removal and then revision surgery, or regrets removal because their nose did not return to its original shape, when removing it, would it be better to leave something in the nasal tip? I keep losing sleep every day and just worrying...
