Hi everyone. I’m looking for some advice because I was wondering if anyone here knows a lot about donated dermis. I didn’t use silicone, and I used donated dermis, AlloDerm, on the nasal bridge to fill in step-offs or uneven areas. Right now, it’s placed thinly in sections along the nasal bridge, including the glabella. Costal cartilage was used for the nasal tip, and I’m going around for consultations about full removal. Of the 4 places, two said that it will be absorbed anyway, so leave it alone and only remove the nasal tip. The other two said removal of the dermis is possible, but since it has currently only been 3 months, it should still have some shape, so they may be able to remove it, even if not completely.
