Right now, when I look from underneath my nose, I can see that the alar cartilage has come down a bit I went for a consultation and they said it happened because the nose was raised. But could this affect the shape of my nose too? I had the silicone removed, and I’m worried that because the alar cartilage has come down, my nasal bridge might become depressed or something. Has anyone had their alar cartilage come down a bit like me and then had silicone removed?
