Nose Re-Surgery

I had septal cartilage put in my nasal tip, but the tip droops even more than before surgery

For my first surgery, I had correction of a crooked nose, hump reduction, and since they said my nasal tip was slightly droopy, I had septal cartilage put in the tip. But after surgery, why is my nasal tip actually drooping more than before? I definitely had septal cartilage put in, and even though my tip was a little droopy before surgery, it wasn’t a hooked nose. But after surgery, it actually became a hooked nose. What I’m unhappy about is that the nasal tip shape is worse than before surgery, but it also isn’t as free/mobile as before surgery, and I always have to be careful about external impact. So I’m thinking about removing the septal cartilage from the nasal tip, but when I went for consultations, they said if I remove the tip…
