Nose Re-Surgery

Septal reconstruction, Gore-Tex removal, revision surgery

First of all, my nose was injured in an accident 2 years ago. My nose used to be straight, but the cartilage broke and healed that way, so it ended up becoming a saddle nose. At the time, I went to a large hospital in my local area and had septal reconstruction surgery. As far as I know, they used the septum to raise the nasal tip and inserted Gore-Tex into the nasal bridge. But as time passed, my rhinitis got worse, the shape became strange, and it seems to have been absorbed, so it looks crooked So while I’m at it, I want to remove the Gore-Tex and redo it. Is there anyone here with a case like mine? I need help
