I paid an extremely expensive surgery fee, and thinking from the standpoint of respecting the doctor's mood and medical skill, I trusted the doctor completely, paid the very expensive fee happily, and entrusted the surgery on the assumption that as long as the operation went well, money was no big deal. It has been 20 days since my nose surgery. It seems that doctor did their best, but I didn't think they were skilled enough. What they said before and after surgery was also completely different. Of course, I felt they probably wouldn't be able to say, 'Another specialist can do it, but you can't.' What good is it to realize that after the surgery? It feels like my chest is burning, and every day is so painful that I feel like I'm going crazy. And after worrying, researching, thinking about it, and studying it for almost 2 to 3 weeks, I had all kinds of thoughts. Clinics to absolutely avoid when choosing a hospital (Of course, if you disagree, follow your own judgment.) 1. A hospital with no surgery review board. (This is definitely a hospital you must think about again.) 2. A hospital that has a surgery review board, but its contents are summarized and posted by the hospital from patients' reviews. 3. A hospital where the dates of the surgery reviews span several months but there are only a few posts, or where there are several in one month and then none for several months in between (suggesting unfavorable reviews were deleted by the hospital). 4. A hospital where the style or wording of the review posts somehow feels similar (I think several staff members may be posting them directly. If you judge carefully, you can tell.) 5. A plastic surgeon who, during the initial consultation, does not say absolutely that you must not describe the appearance you want, but after deciding on surgery speaks vaguely and says it might not come out that way, someone who does not say from the start that something cannot be done, but only near the end after the surgery is decided makes it sound as if it can and cannot be done. 6. The hardest type of person to judge is someone who absolutely never says something cannot be done (if they are truly the best, I can understand, but if not, I think they are a very scary person). 7. Do not be swayed by the model photos on the website. (A place that puts stylish model photos on the website to draw you in. I think a truly confident doctor would not post foreign models or graphic illustrations. Even if they do post model photos, the places that also post many before-and-after photos are, I think, the competent ones.) 8. Please also keep in mind that even before-and-after photos cannot be trusted 100%. (Usually the photos are posted with the consent of the people who actually had surgery there, but I hear there are also cases where they are taken from elsewhere.) 9. I think I need to finish due to time constraints. 10. Please research carefully and judge after thorough consideration.
