It was my first visit, and the staff were kind overall and the atmosphere was comfortable, so my first impression was really good! In particular, the person who directly performed the procedure was also kind, so I was satisfied that I could receive it without feeling burdened. That said, the procedure itself was a little less satisfying than I had expected. That does not mean the procedure was done badly or that there was a problem, but since everyone has different skin types and conditions, I do not think this particular treatment was a perfect match for my skin. I had booked and paid in advance for the procedure I wanted from the start, so I visited with everything already settled, and on the day itself we proceeded right away without a separate consultation. I think that also affected the result to some extent. Next time, I feel it would be better to first get enough consultation and then decide whether the procedure is actually suitable for my skin condition and type. Still, I was satisfied with how kindly they treated me on my first visit and how comfortable they made me feel during the procedure. Results can vary from person to person, so please keep that in mind, and if you want to consult comfortably at a kind place, visiting once would not be a bad idea!
