I had surgery at the end of April, so it’s been a little over 3 weeks now.. That’s the only pre-op photo I have.. I had a bulbous nose, with no nasal bridge, and only the nasal tip was high.. Even before surgery, I asked them to make it natural.. But I guess human greed has no end.. I keep thinking I should have made it a little more noticeable.. Maybe that’s why there seem to be a lot of people who get revision surgery.. Cosmetic surgery is about self-satisfaction.. Still, I’m just going to try to be satisfied.. The problem is that it’s too natural. lolololol The hospital also recommended doing a retruded chin together.. but it was too expensive and scary I hope everyone becomes prettier
