Ah, I’m uploading photos because I don’t like my nasal tip. It was done with septal cartilage, and I had nasal tip extension. But what I’m learning is singing, so I have to move my mouth. But when I say “oh,” should I call it the columella? That area gets shorter. Why does that happen?? I’m stressed because of this,, And if I ask them to lengthen the columella, will they do it for free? At the hospital where I had surgery? It’s been about two and a half months since surgery, around (70) days?
