It was a bit ridiculous that the procedure consultation wasn’t with a doctor and was just with the manager. But it was very good that trainees didn’t do the procedure and the director did it personally. The effect was good. This was the first place in my life I’ve seen that doesn’t use anesthetic when doing lifting. It felt like they were going for extreme cost-effectiveness.
