I heard that since there is only one director, you can make a reservation after paying a 20,000 won consultation fee, so I made an appointment. There was a surgery I initially wanted, but the director recommended a different surgery, and I asked a few questions because I was considering the recommended surgery too. Since it was a surgery I hadn't thought about before, I was trying to check for myself and go through the process of deciding whether to do it if it was necessary. I wasn't doubting the director or stubbornly insisting that I wouldn't have surgery, but for some reason the director seemed displeased and ended the consultation after about 4 minutes.
