The consultation manager and the director were both kind. I am pretty good at tolerating pain, but InMode was hard for me. It wasn't because it hurt, but because it was hot. As for the effect, since I only had it once, it didn't last long, but about a week later I could see a visible contouring effect on my face. If I keep getting it, I think it will work even better.
