I started going there when the clinic first opened and even followed them when they moved, but the director’s skills have stayed good. The staff and the consultation manager, though, have become more and more unfriendly. To the point that I don’t want to go there because they make me feel bad. The procedure results are good, but the director only gives the injections and leaves quickly, so the person doing aftercare matters too, and that part has become really half-hearted.
