I think it’s somewhere between natural and refined. I wanted it to look natural too, and when I looked at the surgery reviews I really liked them, so I went for a consultation. I have a not-too-severe hump nose and the nasal tip is very droopy, but among the 5 places I visited, only this place said they couldn’t refine the bone around the hump and that it would be meaningless. At other hospitals, they all said they could slightly refine or shave the hump bone, but only this place said that… I don’t think they are specialized in hump nose surgery. Also, among the 5 places, only this place recommended autologous costal cartilage even though it’s my first surgery. Of course, the director also said they never recommend costal cartilage for a first surgery, but mine is too severe…
