Because I was considering nose surgery, I thought I should at least get estimates first, so I made appointments at about three places on the same day, and this was the place I went to for my first consultation among them. It was my first time ever going to a plastic surgery consultation, so I was extremely nervous, but I remember the consultation manager being very kind. To help me relax, she showed me a few example photos, and her tone of voice was gentle, so it was pleasant to listen to. The doctor seemed very tired and rather blunt. They didn't take a CT scan and went straight into the consultation, but I had taken a CT at another place, and looking at it, the nasal septum...
