The hospital atmosphere was clean, and the desk staff and consultation manager explained things well and were kind. Above all, the director was also very, very kind, and I liked that they calmly explained only the key points. They also anticipated in advance what patients would be curious about and explained it well. In addition, they checked whether I had any more questions, were warm, and seemed to design the line prettily and well. It seems natural, but maybe because my eyes have many drawbacks, it feels like there are a lot of things that need to be added hehe
