Motiva Preserve Surgery Review

Review of Motiva Mini Preserve surgery at Dite Plastic Surgery (day of surgery to day 7) Please refer to my previous post for the consultation review.. Height/weight: 162/48 Chest: 77 Rib cage: 74 Waist: 67 Pectus carinatum.. Surgical method: Motiva Mini Preserve (a newer surgical method that minimizes tissue damage) + hybrid After searching for a long time, my choice was Dite Plastic Surgery. There are many other famous breast augmentation specialty clinics, but I felt Dr. Lee Jun-wook at Dite would suit my preferences best. He put a lot of passion and sincerity into the consultation, and what I liked most was that he did not just make them big without thought, but designed them according to my body shape, skeletal frame, and pelvis. I did not want them large; I wanted something moderately full, around a full A cup to B cup, and the doctor considered my body shape, desired aesthetic, and various other factors, so we decided on Motiva Mini implants. Even though they were small, I had asymmetry lol, so we decided to place about 220 on the left and 205 on the right. And since I felt burdened by the recovery period and was anxious about surgery because of pain and returning to daily life, although it was a little more expensive than the standard surgical method, I decided on Motiva Preserve because it minimizes tissue damage, allows a faster return to daily life, and recovery is quick. Also, because I have pectus carinatum, I added the hybrid surgical method to make it look more natural (fat is taken from the thigh, purified, and then grafted to the breasts). Day of surgery The surgery was scheduled for 10:30, and I think it actually started around 11. After anesthesia started, I opened my eyes and I was in the recovery room. haha When I woke up, I had no pain, but before going home, when they taught me stretches and I raised both arms above my head, I did feel a bit stiff then. I went alone without a guardian and had no pain or discomfort to the point that I took the subway and walked home by myself. Other than feeling stuffy because I had taping on my breasts and an upper band, on the day of surgery I ate well and slept well. Day 1 When I woke up in the morning, there was a slightly heavy feeling, and the inframammary incision site had a slight throbbing pain when I moved, but it was not severe, and it improved after taking Tak-Sen. I received SmartLux and CAPS care. Day 3 The taping was removed and I put on a compression bra. Maybe because of the swelling, my breasts feel so full that I am not used to it haha I was worried, but maybe because they removed the taping very carefully, it did not hurt, and fortunately I did not have a rash either. Because the compression bra was fitted snugly and compressed the epigastric area? I think this was more uncomfortable than pain for me haha Maybe because my digestion is usually weak haha Day 7 I had the stitches removed from the inframammary incision sites, and also had the stitch removed from the very small incision, about one stitch, near the groin area from the thigh hybrid procedure. The groin area had healed well enough that no special treatment was needed, and for the inframammary incision sites, they applied Steri-Strips and explained that I should change them once a week. The stitches are removed without anesthesia, but the head nurse’s touch was so professional that I wondered, was it already done? haha The doctor checked the wound sites, breast condition, and so on, and although the breast shape is still very tight, I am satisfied haha I went back to work on day 5 after surgery, and since my job uses my arms a lot, I was very worried. But aside from a slight stiffness when moving because my breasts are tight, it did not interfere with work at all, so I once again realized this is why you should do Preserve. Recovery is fast, and above all, because there is no tissue damage, the effect is maximized even with a small volume, which I think is a big advantage. It is still only week 1, so the swelling and shape feel somewhat overwhelming, but the texture is softer than I expected, so I believe it will become more natural as time passes. I am satisfied with the aftercare at the clinic, and more than anything, the head nurse cared for me so attentively. Since I was having surgery at a later age, I felt intimidated and all, but I was very grateful and it helped a lot. They say breast surgery has high satisfaction, and I almost resent the years I spent in my 20s just worrying and worrying My shoulders are narrow and my upper body was so thin that I looked unimpressive, but now even when I wear the same T-shirt, there is volume, and it feels so good, you know? I will take good care of myself and come back with a one-month review~~
