Eye Surgery Considerations

AND community review

After consulting at a lot of hospitals, I decided based solely on the director. He didn’t make excessive recommendations, looked at how it would suit my face and look natural, seemed to have a good aesthetic sense, and was kind, so I chose him. And I think the surgery came out exactly as discussed in the consultation. The director is really good. He creates natural lines well and feels trustworthy! But what’s disappointing is the staff here. The director has such a good personality that I wonder if the staff have become lax. First of all, the consultation manager seems like someone who isn’t suited to this job. No service mindset, subtly gaslighting? and the experience when contacting, calling, or consulting was so bad that I wanted to avoid them if possible. I wonder how they became a consultation manager. The desk staff are also unfriendly, and I had several absurd experiences. They are curt, and communication among them doesn’t seem good either. The operating room or recovery-related staff aren’t bad. Anyway, the director’s skill is good, so I hope he manages the staff well so it doesn’t hurt his career.
