Even though this is a revision in Gwangju, I can’t travel to Seoul ㄱㄴㅅㄹ,ㅅㄴㄹㅌ,ㅇㅇㅋ I consulted three places, but all three felt like they didn’t fit and were ambiguous... The eye itself is a very mild case of sunken-eye appearance, and although the glabellar area is not narrow, the lateral eye-side gap is very wide, so I think it would look crowded if canthoplasty is done. I had an incisional surgery 7 years ago, but it is almost fully loosened/open now, and only a minimal amount of canthoplasty was done then. I absolutely do not want a high line, and I want a natural in-out outline. As long as it is not perfectly in-line, that level is enough.
ㄱㄴㅅㄹ- Incisional surgery. Not much fat, but there is a lot of sagging skin, so quite a bit has to be removed. Also, a higher line is basically impossible, so keep the line similar to the existing one but remove a lot of skin. Even if canthoplasty looks a little crowded, it seems beneficial. The line was what I liked best, but among community reviews, all three are similar and there are more negative reviews among them. Consultation fee: 5,000 KRW. ㅇㅇㅋ- Incisional surgery. Consulted most ambiguously. They recommended a line by making the front margin of the eye visible and tried marking it, but it felt vague. I asked first whether they would trim the sagging skin; they said yes but very little would be trimmed, so there would be no big difference. No eye-shape correction needed, and even if canthoplasty was done it would only be about 0.5 mm, so I do not recommend it. Consultation fee: 10,000 KRW (a little pricey).
