I'm thinking of getting lower blepharoplasty fat repositioning, but the strabismus side effect is so shocking that I'm hesitating. It seems like there are two methods for lower blepharoplasty fat repositioning: laser and the standard method. If I don't do the laser method, and instead do repositioning and fixation with the standard method, there would barely be any side effects, right?? Usually after lower blepharoplasty fat repositioning, does scar tissue become natural after about a month??
