Donated rib cartilage rhinoplasty: nasal bridge, nasal tip, hump

<Before surgery><After surgery>I had quite a large nose for a woman. Among my eyes, nose, and mouth, the place I felt the biggest complex about was definitely my nose It was not only big but also wide, so it drew a crazy amount of attention;; They say if your nose is big, you make good money, at least in physiognomy lololol But I wanted my nose to be small even if I didn’t make money So with the money I saved from part-time jobs for 2 years, I went through with surgery this time!!! I wanted the overall look to be slim and refined, but I didn’t know what nose shape I should do, so I got the director’s recommendation. According to the director, in my case, it needed to be raised in a glamorous way to get the slim line I wanted, so I did that. I used donated rib cartilage for the nasal bridge and nasal tip, and of course included alar reduction. I also had a slight hump, so that was shaved down too. After taking off the splint, there was no need to compare before and after photos. I could just tell at a glance that it turned out well lololol♡ Now I’m 2 months post-op, and a lot of the major swelling has gone down. At this level, I’m really, really satisfied. There won’t be any problem with it settling, right? The best thing I’ve ever done in my life was getting rhinoplasty

This is a surgery review pursuing a naturally glamorous look.
