I used donated rib cartilage for the nasal bridge and nasal tip, and of course included alar reduction. I also had a slight hump, so that was shaved down too. After taking off the splint, there was no need to compare before and after photos. I could just tell at a glance that it turned out well lololol♡ Now I’m 2 months post-op, and a lot of the major swelling has gone down. At this level, I’m really, really satisfied. There won’t be any problem with it settling, right? The best thing I’ve ever done in my life was getting rhinoplasty
