I've lived with rhinitis, and appearance-wise I really didn't like my nose because the bridge was low and it looked spread out, so I had a consultation at a place that does functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty together.. They showed me my condition on CT while explaining it, said functional surgery and cosmetic surgery could be done together, and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. The before-and-after cases looked decent, and the doctor seemed to have a lot of nose experience, so I trusted them. It seemed like a good hospital for doing function + aesthetics at the same time, so I recommend a consultation for those considering functional cosmetic rhinoplasty.
