It's been over a year since I started using this community, but I think this is my first time writing a post like this~ The thing is, I'm planning to get rhinoplasty this time~ I went to consultations at seven places, and there are two places that feel right 1. Silicone + Medpor 2. Silitex + septal cartilage (and ear cartilage too if there isn't enough) I trust both doctors.. It's my first surgery, and I don't know which material would be good.. I don't know what to do.. I don't know much about something called Medpor.. They say it's artificial bone, but I'm really curious whether it has many side effects.. and whether revision surgery is difficult after a few years.. And it's septal extension surgery.. Most people say septal cartilage or ear cartilage droops.. Does it really droop that much? My nose is on the slightly short side.. very slightly.. What material should I choose for my first surgery?
