I had revision rhinoplasty after 20 years, but based on the surgical incision scar, it sank inward deeply and created a severe step-off. The clinic said it wasn’t a side effect and that the columella just hadn’t been projected enough, talking as if it could easily be corrected with after-service. But when I went at 6 months, they said the skin wouldn’t stretch and told me to wait 1 year or 2 years until the skin stretches. I can’t even lift my head because I’m afraid someone will see under my nose, and they’re telling me to just keep waiting indefinitely? On top of that, they didn’t properly explain the exact cause, loudly insisted that other clinics wouldn’t be able to fix it either, and even though I never asked for a refund, they instead pressured me, saying that if they can’t operate on it, no one else can either. They said if another place says they can do it and resolves it without even the slightest step-off, they’ll pay me back, but if there is even the slightest step-off, they won’t give me a single won. Did I ever ask for money? Why should a patient who went to hear about the surgical progress be yelled at instead and have to hear such insulting words? From post-op care to the surgical result, there is not a single thing I like about this clinic.
