For my first surgery, I did a lot of online research and went around to consultations at a fairly famous hospital, and paid a lot of money for it, but even people who didn’t know much about plastic surgery could notice the silicone border at the glabella and how unnatural it looked.. After about 2 years, a silicone border formed at the nasal tip too, so when I moved my mouth, the step-off from the silicone at the tip of my nose was visible as well haha. It turned out that the starting point of the silicone was too low, and it had been placed in a straight line !all the way to the nasal tip! in a design where the silicone was thickest at the glabella and gradually became thinner downward lol. For reference, I brought photos of Jennie and Hanni and said I wanted a small, short, natural-looking nose, but sigh.. I had wanted to remove it for a while but couldn’t because revision surgery was financially burdensome, and this time I finally made up my mind and did it! First of all, the consultant and the counter staff were so kind, and the doctor might feel somewhat cold? unfriendly? but he pointed out only exactly what was needed and actually told me not to do unnecessary things, so my trust went up. He also answered all the questions I asked out of curiosity in great detail, one by one. Anyway, now there’s no silicone border, and it’s smooth as if no silicone was put in… More than anything, my nose, which used to look long, now looks short, so I really like it even from the front!!!!!!!!!
