5 years ago, I had rhinoplasty with 4 mm silicone, osteotomy, and septal extension grafting, but thinking about it now makes me so mad ㅡㅡ They made my nose so badly that one side of the osteotomized nasal bridge is sunken in, and the other side is just cracked, so it’s asymmetric. I don’t know if they cut out too much of my septum or what, but the septal support is bent in a C shape, so when you look at my face from the front, my nose looks crooked. (I had it done at ㅎㄴ in Busan, and Director ㄱㄷㅎ has now moved to ㅇㅇㄷ Hospital in Seoul.) So I looked into it, and they said reconstruction is done using autologous costal cartilage. In my case, I want nasal bridge recorrection, septal reconstruction, and a straight nose without an implant. About how much would this cost?? First, when I told Seoul ㅋㅇㅍㄹㅅ about my condition through KakaoTalk, they said they don’t know what material would be used, but it would be at least around 4 to 6 million won. If autologous costal cartilage is used, it’ll probably come out much higher, right?? If anyone here has had it done, please share the price
Lalaby This is meaningless. It varies hugely by hospital. But revision only costs 6 million won? Isn’t that too cheap? For a revision done properly, I know it as twice that amount.

First of all, I live outside Seoul, so I asked them over chat to tell me the lower and upper price range lol But although it probably depends on the surgical method, when you look at surgery estimates, they really vary so much. It’s a revision, but some are 3.5 million won, and some are as much as 12 million won, so I was curious how much people who actually had surgery paid lol
nana차 I think the cost really varies a lot from hospital to hospital. I feel like I’ve also seen posts saying autologous costal cartilage came out to over 10 million won Honestly, that much is hard for me, so I’m worried. Since it’s a revision surgery, I already have to start with the burden of the cost.
