Eye Re-Surgery

Question.

I went around to 13 places for consultations. I had the buried suture method done 10 years ago, and it hasn't come undone until now, but it has sagged, so I'm thinking of doing it again.... I'm still thinking of doing natural adhesion, but at 4 out of the 13 places, they said I should do the incisional method so it won't come undone, and as long as it doesn't sag, it would last more than 15-20 years. They said natural adhesion would last around 7-10 years... But if I do the incisional method, won't there be scarring or unevenness??? If I do the incisional method and it goes wrong or I don't like it, would revision surgery be difficult, unlike natural adhesion??? Looking at posts, there are also a lot of people saying natural adhesion comes undone in less than 3 years.
