When I went for consultations at other hospitals, they said I would need autologous costal cartilage and that the nasal bridge would have to be supported with silicone. But I was really bothered by the idea of getting a scar, and I was worried the silicone might shift later No matter which hospital I went to, they all said silicone absolutely had to be used. But at this clinic, they said my nasal bridge itself wasn’t on the low side, so it would be fully possible without an implant. And they explained that if using septal cartilage, the nose has to be raised according to the size and thickness of the cartilage I have so that later contracture symptoms, like the nose dropping or becoming upturned, can be prevented. After taking a CT of my nose, they said they could achieve the height I wanted with septal cartilage alone, so I scheduled the surgery here right away without hesitation. It’s implant-free, but I’m just amazed it could turn out this well. My nasal bridge line has become so smooth that I almost forget I used to have a hooked nose, and it’s exactly the glamorous look I wanted. My bulbous nose was also refined well, so it looks slim and small, and I’m so satisfied. The side profile is amazing too For people like me who don’t want to use silicone or are looking for a clinic that properly matches their needs, it’s near Nonhyeon Station, so anyone thinking about rhinoplasty would probably be completely satisfied if they go there.
