I’m thinking of revision rhinoplasty because my bulbous nose correction wasn’t enough, but would it be better to get nostril base reduction too? After placing costal cartilage, they can raise the nose higher, so maybe reduction won’t be necessary.. I got hooked after seeing the line at ㅈㅇㅌ and ㅇㅂㅈ, so I’m planning to go for consultations, but what if the diagnoses differ..... I’m also worried that if I don’t do nostril base reduction and just raise it, it might look too overdone, so I’m full of worries about revision surgery..... I think I decided too hastily for my first surgery, but I’m worrying so much about revision surgery.. I’m not the only one like this, right?
호박마녀 It seems like a lot of people do it without nostril base reduction too.. A lot of people mention scarring with reduction, so
익명 Because of scarring... even just raising the nose seems to reduce the nostril base quite a bit

피치미치포 It seems like there are criteria for considering nostril base reduction too, and it doesn’t seem like everyone gets results from nostril base reduction no matter what. I also need revision surgery, so I’ve been looking into it..
