I liked that they gave a detailed explanation of the surgery and did not push excessively, and I liked that they spoke clearly. The consultant was also kind and answered questions well. I was able to have the consultation right away without waiting, and the atmosphere was quiet. However, I am still thinking about it because the cost is relatively high.
