The doctor doesn't seem to be the friendly, approachable type, and the staff working there are the same. They are stiff, but they do explain things well. At other places, they said lower eyelid fat repositioning was essential, but only here they didn't recommend it lol They said it was ambiguous and only recommended an incisional procedure. I don't want to do an incision yet, so I passed.
