About 3 weeks ago, I got unlimited LAMS on my abdomen and love handles And for aftercare, I’ve currently had two sessions: 1 hyperbaric oxygen session and 1 medium-low frequency session They said hyperbaric oxygen makes your ears feel blocked, like when you’re on an airplane, so honestly I was scared But there were breathing instructions written inside, so that eased my worries a bit, and once I actually did it, it was much more okay than I expected It was totally fine lololololololololololololololololololol Just lying down while my cells regenerate and the bruising goes down is the best~~ And the medium-low frequency treatment feels kind of tingly, like getting electrical therapy during physical therapy?
