Today is day 2 after my final nose surgery, progress report (rough process)

February 26 (Thu) - removal of silicone and ear cartilage March 5 (Thu) - originally surgery was scheduled, but because my nose condition was bad, they harvested 10 cc of adipose-derived stem cells from the outer thigh and only lightly put some into the nasal tip March 6 (Fri) - no change, doctor said they would put stem cells in again tomorrow March 7 (Sat) - when I woke up, the nasal tip had improved, and they injected a small amount of stem cells again March 8 (Sun) - no change March 9 (Mon) when I woke up, the nasal tip had improved more (seems to improve after 2 days....) and then I had surgery 1. They removed dermis? fascia? anyway, from beside my anus on my buttock 2. Harvested costal cartilage 3. When I woke up, they had removed two pieces of ear cartilage (not ear cartilage put into the nasal tip, but other cartilage) My thoughts) I also did the nasal bridge with costal cartilage, you know, but because my skin is thin, I think they laid down the costal cartilage and then placed fascia over it so it wouldn’t show. My nose and my nostrils were upturned They removed 2 pieces of ear cartilage and did nostril lowering. Definitely, as soon as the surgery was done, my nose had come down. And what makes me really happy is that my nostrils were uneven horizontally, vertically, and in width, and one side was especially raised.... Seriously, without adding even one lie, it’s been 2 days now and they’re the same. I’m so happy. At the place where I had surgery before, right after surgery I could see the nostrils were uneven, and the doctor blamed time, but as expected, they stayed that way..
