I went for a consultation because I heard it was a famous place for nose surgery. My hump is on the severe side, and my nasal bridge isn’t high, but it’s still acceptable to look at. They said I could shave down the protruding hump and naturally raise the nasal tip, or just refine the nasal bridge. I don’t prefer a flashy nose line, so the surgical direction the director described resonated with me. They explain things in a gentle way, and there was no overtreatment.
