It’s now day 13 since surgery.... I asked for it to be done naturally, and since my nasal tip was bulbous, I asked for only the tip to be made defined and sharp.. Then they used a 3 mm silicone implant, shaved down the hump, and used ear cartilage... From the beginning, the nostrils weren’t the problem; the alar area itself was crooked on only one side.. Of course, I think this phenomenon existed before too. It wasn’t severe, so I didn’t pay attention to it.. I don’t know if communication at the clinic didn’t go well.. or if I was too hasty, but I trusted the doctor and left it to them.. The surgery result is that the nasal bridge seems too thin, and the presence of the nose in the center of my face feels too weak.. On top of that, the nasal tip is still bulbous and the alae are uneven.. What should I say when I go to the clinic? Since I have a face with cheekbones, would a straight nose suit me? The side profile isn’t great either.. and the front is really not good.. Should I raise the nasal tip more and do alar reduction? Please give me lots of advice.
