First of all, Dr. Lee Dong-chan didn’t push anything excessive and explained things clearly. I had the consultation together with a forehead reduction consultation. The forehead reduction was with someone else. And it felt so factory-like that I really did not want to get it done there. I went into one of countless cubicles and waited for over an hour, hoping the doctor would come into my room. While waiting endlessly, I started wondering whether, if I had surgery here and the result was bad, I would really be able to receive fair compensation.
