I looked at revision rhinoplasty cafe reviews and searched around, then narrowed it down to 4 places. They said to avoid places that only have good reviews, so I took everything into account when choosing. I saw that because my nasal tip droops, costal cartilage would be needed to support it properly. But then there is also talk about warping, so I'm wondering what would be best..
