Eye Re-Surgery

Considering revision eye surgery

Because of asymmetrical eyes, I had epicanthoplasty + double eyelid surgery about 10 years ago, and I regret a lot because I didn’t really look into it carefully back then My right eye is still asymmetrical and I also have a sausage-like eyelid, so I was considering revision double eyelid surgery. But while searching, I found out about epicanthoplasty restoration, so I’m wondering whether epicanthoplasty restoration should come first I wasn’t planning to get epicanthoplasty either, but the doctor said I had an epicanthal fold and needed it because of the line, so I asked them to do only a really tiny amount. I did get it done, and I don’t think it was opened up severely, but I do feel like my impression changed I look sharp, and my eyes look slightly close-set, so maybe it makes my face look like it has more empty space But everyone says they don’t recommend restoration unless it’s really necessary, so I’m curious whether you’d recommend it for my eye condition 1. Would it be better to get epicanthoplasty restoration? 2. Could things improve with only revision double eyelid surgery, without epicanthoplasty restoration? 3. Would lateral canthoplasty make it better? (I’m scared of canthoplasty, so I’d prefer not to do it if possible)
