I'm thinking about revision rhinoplasty.. I want to remove the silicone and go implant-free, using only ear cartilage I'm curious whether the doctor's style is open to compromise... I absolutely don't want to use septal cartilage or costal cartilage.. I'm scared they'll kick me out if I insist on asking them to use only ear cartilage
