It's my first surgery, and I do think it feels a bit expensive But I thought it must be good since it's famous as much as it's expensive, so I got rhinoplasty today I had my nasal ala, silicone nasal bridge implant, and septal cartilage and ear cartilage used, and since it's still wrapped in a splint I can't really tell yet, but the doctor was so kind and I think it will turn out well haha
