It’s been 9 days since my nose surgery... because of the swelling, the area from the side of the nose to the alar and the nostrils looks asymmetrical left to right. Can swelling on both sides be this different? And I raised it 3 mm, but to me it doesn’t seem that noticeable. Will it look a bit higher once the swelling goes down? People in the photo section look pretty even after just a week
