It has been about 2 months since I had revision rhinoplasty with donated costal cartilage + ear cartilage + a 3D implant (Fitme), and as time has passed, the swelling has definitely gone down a lot and it looks much more natural overall. The reason I decided on revision surgery was that after my nasal bone was fractured once around 2017, the silicone became fixed while shifted to the left. Since then, my nose kept looking crooked, and it seemed like almost all of the nasal tip cartilage had been absorbed, so my nasal tip was blunt. That is why I went ahead with it.! After that, the crookedness of my nose seemed to get worse and worse, so I decided on revision surgery. This time, I decided to have revision surgery to correct the crooked nose, make it as high as possible, and raise the nasal tip again. This time, rather than just wanting something natural, I wanted a nose that suited my face while having a defined line, so I had surgery with Director Kim Jae-yoon at Lowell, who had many reviews saying he examines things carefully. Until the 1-month mark, the swelling fluctuated, so I was worried, but now that I am at 2 months, the line has smoothed out so well that I wonder why I worried in the beginning, and my overall impression feels more defined. The line has also settled stably, so I am really satisfied. Also, since they use quadruple fixation, I feel like I will not have to worry going forward! I am also satisfied that the app price stayed exactly the same with no extra charges! Most of all, people around me keep complimenting me and saying it turned out well, and I have heard a lot that it photographs really well, so these days taking selfies feels fun haha Personally, I already like it enough now, but I am looking forward even more to how it will look after a few more weeks, when even the minor swelling has completely gone down. The recovery process so far has been smooth overall, and I am satisfied with the result. At first, I had a lot of worries about revision surgery, but now I completely think it was such a good decision to have it done. They also provide good aftercare, so I am not worried about scarring either~!
