Nose Surgery Reviews

<Director Dr. Jung Tae-young of B the New Clinic> This is my nose surgery review

I brought a real nose surgery review.!!! Before nose surgery Reason for nose surgery: My nose was not on the unattractive side! But I decided to get surgery to improve the parts I would edit when using Photoshop. First of all, the nose I wanted was not the trendy refined-glamorous nose these days; I wanted a nose that suited me, one that fit my face and looked harmonious and natural! (Filler I had 8 years ago had spread a bit softly around the glabella and nasal bridge, and I had a mild hump. Over time, as parts of the filler dissolved, the hump actually looked more noticeable and my nose looked a bit wider.) [Clinic visits and online research] I visited several clinics. But I decided on B the New Clinic, the first place I had a consultation. Reasons I chose it: 1. The surgeon’s experience/physiognomy (I read faces.. lol physiognomy is science..)/the fact that it is a clinic specializing in revision surgery 2. The consultation manager’s neat but warm manner, no excessive pressure, and detailed, sincere explanation 3. Even though it was just consultation day, the busy head director looked at my CT, touched my nose, and explained things to me (same age as my dad, and his gaze + way of speaking gave off so much trust) 4. It is far from a factory-style clinic, and both the front desk and chat consultation were organized and kind (kindness that was not over the top) 5. The noses in many reviews looked natural and not excessive, suited to East Asian features 6. Photos from the front, both 45° angles, 90°, and with my head tilted up toward the ceiling click (hair pulled all the way back with a white headband + tied into one ponytail.. my extremely ugly look permanently documented lol B) [D-5] I visited the clinic to get an injection to dissolve the small amount of nose filler left from the procedure I had 8 years ago Again, photos from the front, both 45° angles, 90°, and with my head tilted toward the ceiling lol documented once more The procedure doctor applied numbing cream -> waited 10 minutes? 15 minutes? After that, the head director personally gave me the injection (I got scared for nothing; it was just a little stinging? Really nothing major) Paid 10% reservation deposit (400,000 KRW) -> and with that, the surgery was confirmed..!!! After dissolving the nose filler (it dissolved really cleanly) [D-1] The clinic had already given me instructions on fasting and no alcohol/no smoking on consultation day, but they called + messaged me again the day before (Wow.. am I really getting nose surgery..? They say once you touch the nose, you can’t undo it.. Honestly my current face is also on the pretty side(? - self-esteem at max lol), should I just cancel..?) I was losing my mind with thoughts like this, but I ate well until dinner, and since my surgery was at 14:30 the next day, I fasted from everything including water, candy, and gum starting 8 hours before. [D-day] 1. I arrived at the clinic bravely by myself (my boyfriend was scheduled to pick me up) The parking manager was unbelievably kind He helped with the locked door, and when I was discharged, he even opened the passenger-side door for me B My state at this time: nervous 50, excited 30, regret 20 2. Took photos by angle on the 4th floor -> moved to the 5th floor (Every time a patient moved, the staff communicated by radio and everything proceeded systematically without delays, seriously good) 3. Changed into the clinic gown and washed my face (surgery at 14:30, but I visited at 12:00) 4. Since I have rhinitis, I had functional nose surgery done together! Functional test performed (identifying smells from small fragrance bottles) 5. Received guidance on surgery precautions, gauze under the nose*, etc., then waited in the recovery room on the 5th floor My state at this time: nervous 30, fear 30, regret 30, excited 10 (Ah wait, should I really run away? I won’t die, right?) 6. Before surgery, I heard the doctor’s voice -> “Are you okay?” / “Yes..” “Not pointy, but rounded..! Rounded!!” I said that last, then my memory disappeared zZZ 7. I woke up with my throat extremely scratchy + my nose breathing blocked I had told my mom it was functional nose surgery (if I had said cosmetic, my mom would have been absolutely furious) 8. My boyfriend came to the recovery room He says he took a video (I have no memory lol) The first thing I said: “I’m thirsty...” -> After that, until day 2, my nose was blocked with cotton, so I experienced hell I looked up swelling-reducing medicine on my own, bought everything, took it diligently, and walked like crazy… And then! When I got double eyelid surgery at age 15, even though it was just the non-incision pinching method, my eyes were sausage kings, but this time the swelling went down quickly. It has been about 80 days now! > As I wanted, I think I now have a rounded, natural, not excessive nose that fits my facial proportions perfectly. >The nasal tip is still firm + minor swelling remains, but it is getting better and better, > My nostrils are slightly uneven, and honestly if someone looked from below, I’d think, ah.. would they notice I had surgery..? But… it doesn’t interfere with daily life or bother me a lot. I was told in advance that it had originally been that way and could become a bit more visible once the nose became higher. No problem, good > When I meet acquaintances, they don’t really notice I had anything done and ask why I keep getting prettier.. (huge win..) > More than anything, when I take photos, the dimensionality really comes alive while my pre-surgery image is still maintained, so I am very satisfied. Clean.

This review is for surgery that pursues a natural look.
