Fat grafting day 7: when will the bruises at the fat-harvest sites go away?

Last Thursday, I had fat grafting (forehead, temples, cheeks), with fat taken from my thigh. To get straight to the point, my satisfaction is about 80 out of 100...(although it’s only day 7, ads and what people say make it sound like you’ll look dramatically different after about a week... Each area looks nice and full, but the problem is the overall harmony. Because there’s swelling, I’m not sure, but relatively speaking my eyes look smaller and my nose looks lower..(there’s no end to greed~) For those who have actually had fat grafting, how much bruising around the eyes/bruise marks (yellowish) and swelling did you have, and when did it go away? I almost never wear makeup, but lately I’ve had to put it on thick, so my skin has gotten seriously bad. (I don’t think I can meet people I know for a while..) From what I see, people say they’re active from the day after surgery, but I think that’s not true. Even just the areas where fat was injected into the face have little dot-like marks, and when I put on makeup it feels like I’m touching someone else’s skin, and there’s bruising too.... And my thigh (for me, the line used to stick out) definitely looks different when I wear pants (I begged them to remove a lot of fat - I always had to wear pants one or two sizes bigger because of my thigh line, but now I can wear my own size) There’s no pain and it doesn’t interfere with taking classes either (the stitched area is 0.5 mm) But the palm-sized bruises don’t seem like they’ll go away quickly. I feel upset every time I see them When will they go away? This is disorganized, but I’ll ask again (urgent~) How long does it take for the grafted areas to feel like my own skin when I touch them? How long does it take for the very slight blood bruising under the eyes and the yellow marks around them to go away? When will the bruises at the fat-harvest sites (thigh) go away?
