Nose Re-Surgery

Short-nose consultations hoping for autologous costal cartilage, Part 1

As for me~ 8-9 years ago, I had 2 surgeries with septal cartilage + ear cartilage + silicone, and both failed I had everything removed and lived naturally for 8 years, but I developed contracture, so the columella retracted, the nose became shorter, and anyway my nose is in bad condition What I want - autologous costal cartilage strut + no implant !!!!!!!I don't know what to fill the step-off with!!!!!!! Please tell me in the comments, please ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Mind (Lee Young-taek) Strut - choose either autologous costal cartilage or donated rib cartilage Nasal bridge - no implant, only the step-off area filled with crushed ear cartilage Nasal tip, columella - he said he would do everything possible Autologous costal cartilage surgery is limited to 2 patients per day cctv yes, anesthesiologist yes Don't be greedy about the nasal bridge; start with the nasal tip My nose is so tip-important that it could end with just the tip Because the septum itself is very deviated, no matter how strong a strut is used, if the foundation (septum) itself can't support the force, the nasal tip will drop over time Megaderm and AlloDerm absorb better than ear cartilage  Total - 11 million (for contracture, there are basically no reviews) 2. Honesty (Jung Dong-woo) Strut - autologous costal cartilage Nasal bridge - no implant, costal cartilage for the step-off area Nasal tip, columella - while doing a V-Y incision, dermis and, if needed, ear cartilage cctv can be viewed in case of legal issues, but it is stored for only 1 month General anesthesia, anesthesiologist yes Sedation anesthesia x The skin has shortened a lot, especially the columella area, so there is a limit to lengthening it forward Recommended V-Y incision rather than a typical W incision Total - 17 million  Review writing - 10.9 million
