Nose Re-Surgery

Columella deviation after nasal tip surgery

This winter, while having rhinitis surgery at an ENT clinic, I also had nasal tip surgery and nostril reduction done together. I did think from the beginning that my nasal tip looked crooked, but I thought it was because of swelling and kept waiting. But it feels like the nasal tip is deviated to the right, and the columella is angled in a / direction, so I went to the hospital. They said everyone’s nose shape is different and there’s nothing they can do. Since I only had the nasal tip done in winter and didn’t have the nasal bridge done, if I ask them to correct it while doing my nasal bridge at the same hospital this winter, will they do it?? From my perspective, the inside of my left nostril is okay, but inside my right nostril, on the upper left side, I can feel cartilage.. I’m not the only one like this, right?? For those whose columella was deviated similarly to mine, what did you do??
