First surgery: nasal tip O, nasal bridge X, nostril wings O First surgery result: Right after surgery)) I liked that my nostril wings got smaller, and I liked that my nasal tip became slimmer. I was a little disappointed that my side profile didn’t become the semi-upturned nose I wanted, but I was fairly satisfied overall. As time passed)) The nostril wings gradually got bigger again, and from around 1.5 months the nasal tip started getting lower and kept dropping;; Normally it should get slimmer as time goes by compared with right after surgery, but scar tissue filled up the inside of my nose and made the nasal tip blunt, Overall result)) It wasn’t a small amount of money, and I paid over two million won for the surgery, but there wasn’t much difference before and after surgery. (If the difference was going to be this much, I wouldn’t have had surgery, ptooey!!) A few months after surgery, all I heard was “you look older,” “did you even have surgery or not,” “it looks like you went back to how you looked before,” and so on... I never once heard that my nose was pretty.... Instead I even heard that my nose was big and that I should get a nose surgery. (Inside I was like, this is after surgery!!! angry.) Before, because my nasal tip was short, my overall image had a cute feel too, but after surgery, the drooping nasal tip was almost the same and only the length became longer, so I suddenly looked older. It looked like a man’s nose. (I’m in my early-to-mid 20s, so isn’t it a problem if people see me as late 20s or older after surgery? I got so stressed because of this I heard it so much...) In the end, straight to revision surgery....-_.... (I couldn’t trust the hospital where I had my first surgery, so I went to another hospital and had revision surgery) Revision surgery: osteotomy O, nasal bridge X, very slight shaving of the nasal dorsum, nasal tip O, nasolabial angle adjustment O During revision surgery: They said that during the first surgery, the inside of my nose had been made into a mess and the worst state full of scar tissue,,, so when they opened the nose, they were flustered.;; Still, I believed the doctor would do a good job~~ so I felt at ease^^.... Revision surgery result: The nasal tip has come down a bit compared with the nose I saw reflected in the mirror right after surgery, so that is disappointing, but... I don’t think it is a nose that fits the proportions based on a Western nose standard... but because my nasal condition was one where the tip couldn’t be raised much, no foreign material was put in, and it was made only with my own tissue using complex osteotomy. Looking at the nasal bridge line they made.... wow So far... I’m quite satisfied^^ But...... It seems almost certain the surgery went well.... My nose originally had thick skin and was a bulbous nose...(If this had been my first surgery, it would have been a success) but the condition after my first surgery was the worst... The doctor said they removed a lot of scar tissue and dissected it, but whether my nose will listen well to the doctor and not have much scar tissue come up on the nasal dorsum...(The doctor also said this is the part they are worried about. Please listen well, nose~)... Also whether the nasal tip will keep holding up well.. During the first surgery, the nasal tip dropped so much compared with right after surgery... These two parts are what I’m worried about. ==> I think I’ll only be able to trust the surgery result after about 3 months pass.
