The only clinic that actually touched the inside of my nose during the consultation. The consultation was extremely kind and professional. They observed my face carefully and explained things to me. I liked that they spoke very frankly and only told me the facts. No implant: shave down the hump and do not osteotomize. Use dermis and cartilage to correct the step-off with the tip. The tip would use septal cartilage and cartilage, but if the septum is too crooked to use, they would proceed with cartilage alone. (I said I would absolutely not use rib cartilage.) The surgery cost was more expensive than I expected, and I was surprised that they said I’d get a discount if I provided partial photos for a year. Also, even though they said partial photos, they asked for full-face photos, saying they would cover them themselves. And they can only do cosmetic surgery, not functional surgery.
